This is my third transaction with Kaley Davis of The DAVIS MOSS Group since I started purchasing investment properties in the Texas area. It has never been harder to be a realtor than today. These transactions have been the most seamless for me, when they have been in fact the most complex for them (due to many issues in today's environment). Not only that, but in today's market, I was able to secure a rental property 20% BELOW the list price. How's that for a team dedicated to getting the best deal? I haven't heard of anyone getting the best deal? I haven't heard of anyone getting that from their realtor lately (and I am proud to tell that story)!
